The company has a technology team consisting of several eminent doctors and  industry specialists, who resolved technological problems ,mastering key skills for industrialization of  activated carbons for super capacitors . and invent the industrialization method of activated carbon for super capacitor electrodes by themselves. The group carried out many national, provincial and municipal level projects, won second class prize for scientific and technological progress of Zhejiang Province. as well as achieving more than 20 patents related to industrialization of activated carbon for super capacitors. With continuous exploration and practices over the past several years, the company has mastered mature and reliable technological process, as well as design technology of key devices and facilities. Successfully settled the  safety issue of large-scale production with alkali activation and made breakthrough in elevating annual productive capacity of each production line up to 300 tons  .In addition, they also overcome the global technological problems of high voltage-resistance activated carbon with its availability of mass production whose products have been applied in new type of super capacitor （ cell 3.0V、3400F）from Nesscap -a famous super capacitor manufacturer in South Korea , which leads in its worldwide super capacitor industry with its raising energy and power density  by 40% and 42% respectively,compared with its original type (cell 2.7V、3000F). Our activated carbon for super capacitor has been widely used and accepted by many of super capacitor makers at home and abroad with good quality, nice stabilization and highly cost-effectiveness.

Introduction of ChenZaihua

 Chen Zaihua ,male, born in 1964,a distinguished expert of Zhejiang “The Thousand Talents Plan”. doctor of Chiba University in Japan, post-doctorate of Yokohama National University, member of Overseas High-level Talent Federation in Zhejiang ,vice chairman of Doctor’s Association in Lishui ,general secretary and vice chairman of high technology expert committee of High Talent Federation of Lishui.

Chen Zaihua  studied and worked  in Japan for over 20 years .He used to be a senior researcher in High Temperature and High Pressure Technology Research Institute of Japan ,director of comprehensive research institute of Kanac .In 2008,he joined Zhejiang Tantech Holdings Ltd. as CTO and developed many technologies with independent property rights. With his effort ,capacitor carbon project has been listed into national high technology industrialization items and achieved the industrialization of super  capacitor activated carbon,  upgraded and transformed the  company , making his contributions to listing in NASDAQ  in 2015.

Chen presided over and took part in 6 national scientific research and industrialization projects in Japan，several domestic scientific research projects of all levels in China , winning second class prize of STP of Zhejiang. He has applied for 45 patents , 29 authorized patents , published over 20 academic papers and  wrote 1 book .As evaluation expert  of “innovative talent promotion plan” of national major talent project in  Ministry of Science and Technology and Natural Science Funds in Zhejiang province,  He was also selected as top talent in Lishui and won “golden hammer” award.
